Lore
In the aftermath of the sack of Ruikhire, the homeless of the once-great city rose up to take over its rubble. They established a set of rules for themselves: land belongs to those who stand on it, those who bled for it, and those who thrive in it. For the people of the new Freehomes movement, buildings are a suggestion. They organise quickly and are deadly when cornered, but overt wealth has historically eroded their principles and bred complacency. Their leaders are wise to this, and perpetually keep their men and women on edge to further the purposes of the movement.
